If Wind Companies use waiver and release agreements with confidentially clauses written similarity as in paragraph 5 of this agreement; does this prevent government bodies and regulators from finding out about environmental damage?  Is this in the public’s best interest?  Does this prevent government bodies in charge of health protection from finding out about adverse effects on population health?

Water Wells First as Water Protectors
ask the Green Party leader Mike Schreiner for help.

If families have to sign confidentially agreements like this in order to get water filtration products or any other compensation then are environmental problems such water well interference and aquifer contamination ever going be addressed.  Are these contracts good for the environment’s health or are they one sided for the corporation’s financial best interests?

For families who only want their water supply reestablished.  Are they accepting these waiver and release contracts under duress?  Without clean water or any water at all, it is a fact that people under stress make poor decisions.  Should a third party be involved to help the family negotiate proper compensation?

For the North Kent 1 Wind farm please contact Joshua Vaidhyan at j.vaidhyan@samsung.com and ask him to release the North Kent 1 waiver and release contract agreement before construction begins.  Please attach a copy of the South Kent Wind farm’s waiver and release agreement contract in your email and send it to Mr. Vaidhyan at Samsung  and tell him you know what you can expect.  Ask him to remove paragraph 5 dealing with confidentiality for any and all future compensation agreements.

We need your help to raise these concerns with the following bodies.  We ask for this help with the intention that full disclosure of any and all adverse effects on the aquifer in North Chatham-Kent  should come to light as quickly as possible, so that the aquifer can receive immediate protection!!  If you experience any change in your well water, cloudiness or sediment  contact Water Wells First before ANY other party. Let these following bodies know your concerns that confidentiality contracts may be preventing important information from coming to light.
